Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can. If the material has already shipped, you will be asked to refuse delivery. You will however, be responsible for any shipping/return charges incurred. Back to Top

I canceled my order but I haven't received a credit yet. How long do credits take?
Credits are processed when the canceled shipment arrives back at the original warehouse of shipment. The amount of time will vary depending on where the shipment originated but is generally 7 - 14 days.Back to Top

Can I return an item that is damaged or defective?
If you receive damaged material and you can refuse delivery of such items, this is preferred. In the event that you receive damaged material, you may contact Customer Service for an RGA. If a replacement is necessary, we will make every effort to meet your need. If material is defective (poor quality), please contact Quality Assurance for specific instructions. Material returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions. Do not destroy or discard original packing. Back to Top

What happens if the item I ordered is not available?
Our vendors ship products before the estimated delivery in the vast majority of cases. On occasion, however, an order may be delayed due to availability or other circumstances. In the unlikely event there is a change or delay in filling your order, we will notify you via phone, fax or email. We know this can be inconvenient, however, we can offer a BACKORDER and new estimated delivery. You can wait for the new delivery date, or cancel prior to shipment.

Shipping FAQs

How long will it take to receive my order?
The standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground is 5-10 days. Large quantities (generally 200+ kg)are shipped via common carrier (trucking company) and take up to 10 days to arrive. Back to Top

Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?
No. The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS, and a valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery. Back to Top

Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes! When you place your order make sure you advise the shipping address if it is different than any previous shipments. You may also opt to drop ship your order directly to your customer. We will be more than happy to accomodate your shipping requirements to the best of our ability.Back to Top

How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges vary according to product type and destination. Generally, only diagnostic orders incur shipping charges. In the event that you request expedited delivery, you will be charged the DIFFERENCE between regular ground transportation and expedited service. The amount is added to your invoice.
